Our outstanding Gelbvieh bull, RL Alert ET, was offered at auction on April 18, 2005, at  Dunlap Livestock Auction, Dunlap, Iowa, as part of the Iowa Cattlemen's sale.  He was the top selling Gelbvieh bull there, and sold to James Leith of Havelock, Iowa. The bull was also the 2nd high gaining bull for the breed.

Also selling at auction at the Power of the Reds Auction in Illinois was Red Angus bull, RL Rib. He was the 2nd high seller and went to Tom Knox of Maquon, Illinois.
